Women of Influence is a private network for accomplished women at the top of their field

Building a career or business is one thing. Building the right circle is another.

As you grow, the decisions get bigger and the stakes get higher. Leading a team, stepping into a bigger role, scaling a business, negotiating your worth, planning your next move.

Women of Influence is a private community for New Zealand’s founders, leaders, executives and creatives who are building something significant, whether that’s a company, a career or a name for themselves.

Every woman in the room has something to bring to the table.

Curated events & experiences

Our events are for anyone who wants more from their business, their career or their next big idea.

Hear real stories from industry leaders through keynotes, panel discussions and live Q&As. You’ll leave inspired, with fresh ideas, practical insights you can act on straight away, and connections with people who are going places.

Exclusive networking

Your next business partner, client, collaborator or mentor could be in the room. Connect with ambitious founders, marketers, ecommerce brands and industry leaders, all in one place.

Come ready to meet the people who’ll help you grow, and leave with connections that last well beyond the event.

Conversations with peers who understand growth

Some conversations only happen with people who get it. At our events, you’ll be surrounded by others who are building, scaling and figuring it out just like you.
